VI International Scientific Forum "Stepping into the Future: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy"

ABOUT

The development of technologies that use modern IT solutions, quantum technologies and artificial intelligence for their functioning will make it possible to form an advanced economy in Russia — the data economy. In accordance with the instructions of the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin, the Russian Federation’s Government is finalizing the development of a new national project «Data Economy». This project is becoming one of the most important resources for strengthening scientific, educational, technological and industrial potential, outstripping the growth of citizens’ incomes, improving the quality of people’s lives.

The transfer of the traditional economy, social sphere, education, business, industry and authorities to qualitatively new principles of work, taking into account the global vector of the IT industry development, will solve the tasks of strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country. It will also ensure the presence of the Russian Federation among the leading countries in the world in terms of volume and quality of scientific research and development. The introduction of management technologies based on big data and artificial intelligence will make it possible to launch effective digitalservices for ordinary citizens and businesses. It will also ensure the creation of a single digital platform in all spheres of the economy and society, strengthen the security of the national digital and critical infrastructure.

The national education system, academic and business communities are faced with the task of providing advanced personnel systematic training to create a domestic computing and data storage infrastructure using domestic equipment, technologies, software, including cloud platforms, data centers, quantum communications and encryption technologies.

The VI International Scientific Forum «Stepping into the Future: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy» will be one of the platforms for discussing the national «Data Economy» project.
