In recent times amid deep mathematization of science, including its humanitarian areas, all the more evident becomes the importance of system approach as the most powerful tool for qualitative analysis of the regularities of the word. The link between science and society is education. Education is the process of transmission, as a rule, subsequent generations of accumulated information, followed by quality control. The important part in the education is the organization of the process of information transmission. The system approach is of the paramount importance in learning processes as the basis of methodologies that allow one to shed light upon the patterns of learning processes, as they provide feedback between an information transmission and a control of her perception. The goal of this paper is to build and formalize the structural scheme of the system of knowledge with the help of a new formalization of the system approach.
