Reflection and transmission of electromagnetic TE wave at boundaries of time-space periodically modulated dielectric slab in a waveguide are discussed. Fresnel formulas and expressions foe power reflection and transmission coefficients are obtained in the region of "strong" (resonant) interaction between the signal wave and the modulation wave. It is shown that winy opposite directions of velocities of the signal wave and the modulation wave the power coefficient of amplifications at the plus first harmonic reflected harmonic can become much greater than unit.
