Modern information society requires prompt for all processes, including a new approach to human resource management.

In the labor market there are two goods: on the one hand offered labor force, on the other hand, workplace compensation for their work. To applicants pay attention to your position, as well as to reduce the "staff turnover" in the organization, you need to think about the most favorable workplace.

The authors of this article offers a comprehensive look at the issue: from the color of the walls, the lighting of the workplace, the audio workflow, ending with a dynamic approach to increase the ability to work.
To do this, the following research areas were considered: the psychology of color, aromadizayn, audiomarketing etc.
