Modern society dictates changes to personnel management, and imposes stricter requirements to the working space organization. 

Labor market assumes existence of two products: from the applicant - labor (work), from the employer - workplace with compensation for work. For the maximum involvement of applicants it is necessary to think of creating favorable work conditions. 

The complex view of the matter, according to authors, will create the best conditions for work and, as a result, will increase efficiency of employees. In article it is offered to consider: office design, questions of working space illumination, working process soundtrack, etc.

Authors of article come to conclusion that there are no insignificant moments in the organization of a workplace. It is necessary for employees to create the most favorable and comfortable conditions, and as a result, workers loyalty to the organization increases, as well as quality of work.
