Forecast-analytical department was created in December 2008.
It is an independent unit of the University and reports directly to Dmitry Shtykhno, vice-rector for development.
Office staff are guided by:
- Russian Constitution, Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", Labour Code of Russian Federation and other laws of Russian Federation;
- relevant decrees and orders of the President of Russian Federation;
- corresponding orders of Russian Federation Government;
- orders and instructions of the relevant ministries and agencies;
- the relevant orders and directives of the rector of the University;
- the charter of University and other local-regulations.
The composition of forecast-analytical department includes 4 departments:
- budgeting department
- department of operational analysis and forecast
- statistics and monitoring department
- marketing department
