​Founder and scientific director of the school- Slepov Vladimir, doctor of economics, professor, head of the department "Finance and Prices" at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Honored Scientist of Russian Federation, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS). He is the author of 285 scientific papers in the field of corporate, government, municipal and international finance totaling 800 pp. Edited by V. Slepov published 18 books with the stamp of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. He supervises the preparation of bachelors, masters and specialists of finance at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. As a scientific advisor he has trained 69 candidates and 9 doctors of economics. By decision of the Presidium of RANS V. Slepov was awarded with honorary title "Knight of Science and Art" was awarded with a silver medal. He was awarded with honorary diplomas of the Federation Council and the State Duma for the active and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity. The structure of the scientific school "Finance" includes 6 doctors and 12 candidates of economic sciences, 10 post-graduate students. More than 60% of the collective consist of scientific school employees up to 35 years.
