Publishing and printing center of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics was established on 1^st of July 2011. 

Publishing and printing center is a big structural subdivision of University functional duties of which are:

• preparation and publication of scientific journals, educational, educational and methodical, scientific literature and other publications;
• organization of copying, binding and other kinds of works in the interest of the educational process and scientific research work of the University;
• implementation of joint publishing projects with other publishing organizations;
• ensuring of publishing and printing, copying, binding services provision and the organization of implementation of office and souvenir production of third person for a free. 

The structure of the publishing center includes: publishing, typography, sales center and copy services.
