​Activities of informatization management are aimed at the development and maintenance of information and telecommunication infrastructure of the University. There are more than 4 200 computers in Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, which are connected to the Internet are operating in the active mode. For you, we provide daily customer support software and hardware infrastructure and corporate information system of the University; engage in the creation and development of information systems aimed at improving the quality of management of educational process and the admission campaigns, scientific research, retraining and advanced training. One of the goals of our work is to improve the manageability of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics through the creation of an effective system of transmission of management information in subdivisions, as well as the possibility of information interaction of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and external organizations.

The aims and objectives of informatization management are:

• organization of the implementation of new information technology and advanced software and hardware in the educational process;
• prepare and submit for approval of long-term plans and technical base of development of CITS computer classes, taking into account scientific and technical progress in the field of computer technology and in accordance with the requests of departments and other units of the university;
