Educational and Scientific Center "Cybernetics" (ESCC) is a subdivision of the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "Plekhanov Russian University of Economics", carrying out organizational and management, science and research, information and analytical, educational, expert and consulting activities in order to improve the image and increase of intellectual potential and satisfaction of comprehensive departments requests, interested in structural divisions, students, listners and graduates of the University in the field of applied and theoretical computer science, computer engineering, information and communication technologies, design and development of information systems and software, information security, business informatics, knowledge management both within the country and abroad.
