A good number of cooperation
agreements have been recently signed by the Institute of Legal Research and
Regional Integration with leading foreign companies dealing with research
activities in law and jurisprudence:
1. On 16 October 2017 The Institute of Legal Research and Regional Integration represented by its Head Mr Kurbanov R.A. and
a Zurich company «RCA HOLDING AG» represented by its president Mr Rafet Ceylanbas signed a distinct
Cooperation agreement.

Under its terms Parties will cooperate in research and development,
comparative law works on legal treatment of foreign investments in the Russian
Federation and other countries, commercial activity, international business
activity in energetics etc.; consulting services in the sphere of budgetary,
tax, labor legislation of the Russian Federation and contribution to employment
of highly professional personnel (jurists).
2. On 22 July 2017 The Institute of Legal Research and Regional Integration represented by its Head Mr Kurbanov R.A. and
Schmidt & Mahnke Consulting Solutions GmbH (Germany) represented by Managing
Partner Mr Andreas Gunter Schmidt signed a cooperation agreement, under which
terms the Parties agreed to cooperate when dealing with research and
comparative studies in protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
constitutional law and development of democratic institutions; improvement of
legislation in light of new challenges (terrorism, cybercrime, corruption,
protection of personal data, ecology and state security); legal framework for
modern regional integration; ratio of international and national law;
improvement of the system of justice.
Currently under the order of Schmidt
& Mahnke Consulting Solutions GmbH (Germany) The Institute of Legal
Research and Regional Integration carries out research and development
activities relevant to “Consulting Services to Improve the Quality of Courts
Decisions in Economic and Commercial Disputes” under the Project “Courts system
and Intellectual Infrastructure”, financed by the World bank.
3. On 25 May 2017 The Institute of Legal Research and Regional Integration signed a Cooperation contract with the
National Centre of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus in
Minsk. The Russian Institute was represented by its Head Mr Kurbanov R.A., The Belorussian
Centre was represented by its Director Mr Ipatov V.D.

This Contract provides
for the mutually beneficial cooperation in research and development when carrying
out basic and applied researches, scientific and practical conferences;
preparation of joint scientific, educational and methodical papers; cooperation
in enhancing professional skills of the staff, organization of scientific and
practical trainings for employees, undergraduates, graduate students,
postdoctoral researchers; elaboration and implementation of programs to support
projects on the issues of improvement of national legislation, Eurasian
Economic Community and other international organizations with Russia and
Belarus as their Members.
4. On 27 December 2016 The Institute of Legal Research and Regional Integration signed a Cooperation agreement with the
Institute of Law and Human Rights of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The Russian Institute was represented by its Head Doctor of law, Professor Mr Kurbanov R.A. and the Azerbaijan Institute was represented by Doctor of Law, Professor
Mrs Mustafayeva Ayten Inqlab qizi.
This agreement provides for the cooperation
in protection of rights and main human freedoms; constitutional law and
development of democratic institutes, improvement of legislation (terrorism,
cybercrime, corruption, protection of personal data, ecology and state
security); legal framework for modern regional integration; ratio of
international and national law; improvement of the system of justice.
