Founded in 1907
From 1 until 13 November Alexandr Sinkov, Associate Professor of Kemerovo branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, had been training in China within the Presidential program of preparation of administrative personnel for the spheres of the national economy.
The internship took place in the largest city of China – Shanghai and its surrounding area, where agricultural enterprises are located. The program studied the activity of crop enterprises, which grow vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, enterprises producing food products and semi-finished products from vegetable raw materials: "Shanghai Guan Shen Yuan Food Co", the plant "Coca-Cola Beverages (Shanghai) Co" Ltd., "Shanghai Shundi Food Co" LTD., "Jinshan e yuan Co" Ltd., "Shanghai SinBoHay", "Shanghai sonczyan Boleks - food".
The study of the Chinese experience in the management of the enterprise, peculiarities of technological processes, management problems of personnel, organization of supply chains, pricing is only a small range of issues studied in the course of the internship. In addition, established international relations, discussed the cooperation issues.
The special impression was made by the largest exhibitions of China: 20th International exhibition of food, beverages, baking, hospitality industry and supermarkets "FHC CHINA 2016" and the 25th international exhibition Shanghai Franchise Exhibition (SFE), part of which was familiarity with the companies represented in the Chinese market and planning to enter.
The internship program also included workshops with representatives of the Russian consulting firms, specialized in exporting products from Russia to China and importing Chinese products to Russia. The seminars discussed specifics of the negotiations with the Chinese enterprises, especially the mentality, the complexity of entering the Chinese market, the point of growth of the Chinese economy, and other issues.
Scientific and practical results of the training, knowledge and experience for the development of Chinese businesses in the agricultural sector will no doubt be used in the educational process and research work of the Department of Economics of the Kemerovo branch of PRUE.
