Rector Victor Grishin and members of University participate in Russian investment forum in Sochi

On February 13-15, 2019, Plekhanov University members, including the rector V. Grishin, vice-rector for development D. Shtykhno, director of Institute of management and social-economical designing N. Surova and Head of the chair "Financial markets" Yu. Rovenskiy, took part in Russian investment forum.


On February 13 in the framework of the Day of youth entrepreneurship, there was held a conference "Development of a culture of the Russian entrepreneurship", moderated by V. Zhukovich, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for the value-oriented entrepreneurship, "OPORA Russia". The discussed issues were the following: What causes ignorance of the history of entrepreneurship in Russia; can Pavel Tretyakov, Nikolai Alekseev, the Ryabushinsky and Hladovych dynasties be a benchmark and a challenge for modern Russian entrepreneurs; how to return the names of outstanding entrepreneurs of Russia to the rank of national heritage.


Victor Grishin made a report on the topic "The environment for entrepreneurial development in Plekhanov University". He pointed out the distribution of business into education by the example of Moscow society of commerce education promotion, spoke on training entrepreneurs at Plekhanov, presented the training program "Captains of Russia".  


Nadezhda Surova made a presentation about "Development of society oriented education in Russian universities", highlighted social infrastructure, charity, and volunteerism.


In the framework of the Laboratory of social investment in the section "Enter the top hundred: how Russian universities improve their competitiveness on the world stage" rector of Plekhanov University Viktor Grishin presented a report "The ways to improve competitiveness available to universities outside the Project "5-100", in which he spoke about the main directions of improving the competitiveness of Russian universities, the problems of Russian universities competing at the world level, the participation of business in these problems, and offered a number of tools to improve the quality of education.
