​February 6th 2017 in the framework of 110th anniversary of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics  Scientific school "Human Resource Management" held international scientific and practical seminar: "Occupation: Russian practice and international experience".

Kulapov, head of Educational and Scientific Center "Management", professor of Academic Department of Organizational and Managerial Innovations, highly estimated the international scientific and practical seminar.

At the seminar there were discussed the international trends of production in the relations and their influence on the regulation of employment, international labour migration; of the peculiarities of the Russian labor market and employment; the nature, forms and prevalence of instability of employment and opportunities for its reduction. A special debate was on the question of terminology "unstable employment" or "precariousness of employment".

The participants of the international scientific-practical seminar took the initiative of holding international scientific-practical conference "Instability of employment: Russian and international contexts of changing the legislation on labour and employment" at the University in the fall of 2017.
