Founded in 1907
On May 20 2017 Sevastopol completed the XIII International festival of documentary films and TV programs "Won together". The solemn closing ceremony was held at the Officer of the Black sea fleet of the Russian Federation House. The annual festival appeared in 2005 by the initiative of heroes of the Soviet Union who lived in the Crimea.
The main aim of the festival is unifying on the same territory the relevant documentary films, made by companies and TV channels of the Eurasian states and other countries of the world. The festival was organized by Eurasian Television and Radio Academy. People's artist of Russia Vladimir Menshov was the festival's president. President of ETRA Valery Ruzin was the general producer of the festival.
The festival received about 250 applications from 23 countries and 25 regions of Russia. During the festival 14 platforms of Sevastopol demonstrated more than 100 entries.
The documentary "Right to exploit" by Sevastopol branch of PRUE was dedicated to the heroism of the five sailors of the Black sea, and became the winner of the festival in the nomination "Sevastopol is a support of Russia".
In addition to participating in the competitive program, on the basis of the Sevastopol branch of PRUE there was held a meeting of the public Council of the Festival students of the branch became part of the amateur jury. In the framework of the curatorial hours, students of 1-2 years of Sevastopol branch visited most of the premieres of the works participating in the festival "Won together".
