Representative of Plekhanov University takes part in Moscow economic forum 2018 “Russia and the world: vision of a future”

​The forum took place on April 3-4, 2018, at the Presidency Building of RAS. Representatives of state, scientific and educational organizations from different countries took part in the event. The President, academician of RAS A. Sergeev, co-chairpersons of the Forum head of Institute of economics (RAS), correspondent member R. Grinberg and Chairperson of the Council of Chamber and Commerce and Industry of Russia K. Babkin opened the Forum.

 

In the framework of the Forum, a row of conferences and debates took place. The issues of cooperation with China was in the agenda of the conference "Problems on the path of European union and the initiative "Belt and way" of China". Head of Russian and Chinese economic club of Faculty of Management of PRUE, associate professor of Academic Department of Foreign Languages №3 O. Ochirov participated in it. A leading Russian sinologist, professor of RUDN University Yu. Tabrovskiy moderated the conference.

 

The Chairperson of the Committee for economic policy of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, chairperson of Society of Russian and Chinese friendship S. Mezentsev, co-chairperson of the Forum, Chairperson of the Council of Chamber and Commerce and Industry of Russia K. Babkin, Plenipotentiary Minister-Counsellor of China for trade and economical affairs Li Tsinyuan, director of Institute of cross-border research ща National University of China Van Van, Vice-president of Chinese business center, director general of Russian and Chinese business park (St Petersburg) Chen Chigan reported at the conference. The event welcomed leading scientists and experts from Russia, China and other countries.

 

Within the conference, the Chinese colleagues discussed the possibilities of broadening the international scientific and educational cooperation.  

 

Students of PRUE, which study Chinese, also took part in the conference and other events of the Forum.
