On the 16th of September, 2014 the Head of personal development in
CUPET, Cuba's state oil company, Mario Miranda Markes and representative
of Cuban Ministry for Oil Industry in Russia Victor Omar Puentes Monto
visited PRUE to discuss study programs delivered by the University on
the level of continuing and additional education.
