VII International scientific and practical conference “Current problems of investment and engineering sphere projects managing” held at PRUE

​On April 14 2017 Academic Department of Management of Projects and Programs held the VII International scientific and practical conference "Current problems of investment and engineering sphere projects managing", devoted to the 110th anniversary of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.


The conference was led by deputy of State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of the Duma committee for transport and engineering, chairman of Expert Council for engineering, building material industry and shared construction issues, full-fledged member of International engineering Academy, Academician of Russian academy of architecture and engineering sciences, Ph.D. of Economics, head of Academic Department of Management of Projects and Programs of PRUE V.I. Resin.


The conference included six sections: investments and engineering; r​​ealty; innovations and energy saving; ecology, utilization, "green" economy; territory development; information technologies in engineering.


Instructors, postgraduate students of the department, representatives of State Duma, Department of town-planning policy of Government of Moscow and scientists from foreign countries: the Kingdom of Thailand, Mongolia, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Latvia presented their reports to further discussion at the conference.


The participants discussed the problems of project management in engineering, development of information modeling and BIM, proposed model and control system projects, including the construction of large industrial facilities, development projects, forming "green" economy. Speakers paid special attention to the prospects of intensification of the construction industry and implementation of project management with the aim of strategic development of economy of modern Russia.


Ph.D. of Economics S.S. Bachurina, parliamentary assistant of State Duma, Responsible secretary of Expert council for engineering, building materials industry and shared construction issues, reported about the issues of improving the legislative base in the field of sustainable and integrated development of the territory, self-control, safety of buildings and structures, state regulation of the estimated valuation and pricing of shared construction of apartment buildings.


A.N. Dmitriev, professor, Ph.D. of Engineering, member of Research and Development Board of Complex of town-planning policy of Government of Moscow, presented a new methodology for a quarterly assessment of compliance of territories with existing buildings to modern requirements of safety and comfort that should be used in the program launched a second wave of demolition five-story building in Moscow.


Shimova O.S., professor, Ph.D. of Economics of Belarus state university of economics, reported on the problem of forming institutional bases of "green" economy in Belarus. In the process of negotiating participants came to agreement to submit a joint application for international research grant of RFBR (2018-2020) on the topic: "Development of methodologies and institutional mechanisms for green economy in the framework of the Union state of Russia and Belarus".


At the base of the presentation data of the company "Anabar Diamonds" and O.A. Krivoshapkina's report the conference members discussed the possibility to make joint projects on ecological and economical researches in arctic zone development.


The participants identified the areas of cooperation between the Department and the Ministry of agriculture of Thailand on issues of land relations.


The Mongolian delegation successfully conducted negotiations on the organization's long-term research in the field of organizational-economic regulators' use of productive land.


According to the conference data there was published a collection of scientific papers cited in the RISC, and adopted the resolution on necessity of development of cooperation of friendly countries in the field of scientific sustainable development.
