PRUE holds International scientific and practical conference “Finance, accounting and taxation in the CIS and other countries: innovational decisions”

Within the cycle of events devoted to the 110th anniversary of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, on June 16, 2017, PRUE held holds International scientific and practical conference "Finance, accounting and taxation in the CIS and other countries: innovational decisions" in the format of video

conference.

 

The event was attended by over 80 people: graduate students, master degree students, students and instructors of PRUE, Russian-Tajik Slavic University (Dushanbe, Tajikistan), Financial University, Saint Petersburg State University of Economics.

  

The conference was organized by Academic Department of Accounting and Taxation of PRUE and Russian-Tajik Slavic University.

 

The conference was aimed to strengthening scientific and professional links between graduate students, master degree students and regular students, that fact contributes solving current theoretical and applied issues in the field of finance, taxation, accountancy, analysis and control and is designed to strengthening  economical security in conditions of high macroeconomical and in-house risks, joining and enhancing the fundament of higher school, science and practice in the interests of international integration and cooperation.

 

Liubov Chaikovskaya, Doctor of Economics, professor, head of Academic Department of Accounting and Taxation of PRUE, Narine Mamikonyan, 1st degree referent of state civil service of the Russian Federation, consultant of the department of contract work and price monitoring of Transfer pricing Office of FTS of Russia, gave the welcoming word.

 

Kh. Shembezoda, vice-rector for science and innovations of Russian-Tajik Slavic University, and A. Mirazizova, head of Department of finance and credit of RTSU, replied to the conference attendees by video conferencing.

 

Every report of participants received feedback from the side of all participants, moderators summed up the given proposals, and instructors suggested the ways to further work on the chosen topic. Reporters demonstrated a high level of knowledge in the sphere of finance, accountancy and taxation.

 

During section 1 research reports in a format of interactive presentations were made by instructors and graduate students of Academic Department of Accounting and Taxation of PRUE on the following directions: "Application of a risk-based approach to tax administration of transfer pricing in Russia", "overview of the key problems of the Russian tax system in modern economic conditions"; "the Institutional environment and technology development of management accounting at the enterprises of public nutrition"; "Topical issues of tax accounting of foreign citizens in Russia"; "Improvement of tax policy to support small and medium enterprises of Vietnam"; "the income Tax as a tool of financial regulation of the economy"; "The experience of application of international financial reporting standards: issues and practice of IFRS implementation in the Republic of Tajikistan".

 

The section 2 discussed the reports on: "The Bank's financial condition, its evaluation and strengthening; regulatory Issues exchange rate"; "Tax regulation of foreign economic activity"; "Improving Bank lending to small business; "existing mechanism of calculation and VAT collection"; "State credit as a method of regulation of investment flows in economy of the Republic of Tatarstan"; "financial risk Management Corporation"; "Lending to small and medium businesses as a separate activity of the Bank: problems and prospects"; "Assessment of investment attractiveness of enterprises"; "Liquidity management"; "improvement of the system of management of credit portfolio of the Bank."
