Students of Plekhanov University take part in International business week in Wroclaw (Poland)

​On April 9-13, 2018, WSB Universities (Wroclaw, Poland) held a business week "Project management and design thinking", organized by international department of the Polish university 9Yaroslav Tomashevsky, Claudia Klimzak, Leshyak Agneshki and Kristina Martsynyuk).

 

Students attended the event from 7 universities: Wyższa Szkoła Bankowawe Wrocławiu (Poland), Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Russia), Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands), EPHEC University College (Belgium), Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice (Czech Republic), University Colleges Leuven-Limburg (Belgium) and Piraues University of Applied Sciences (Greece).

 

PRUE was represented by students of Faculty of Management: Maria Kameneva, Suleyman Karibov, Ruslan Khusnutdinov under the supervision of associate professor of Academic Department of Management Theory and Business Technologies I. Koryagina.

 

The project under support and financing of the Polish innovational company CWINT headed by Damian Derukevich.

 

During a week, students took part in master classes, devoted to project management and design thinking method, which were held by international MBA experts Daria Levandovsky and Joanna Shustakevich.

 

During the work, students received theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of project management in the following areas: principles of design thinking and product design cycle; methods of realization of ideas in the finished product or service; skills of management of innovative business projects; project management using motor design thinking. 

 

Participants of the business week skilled teamwork, creative thinking and making the future models prototypes.

 

Business partner D. Derkuvich noted the high level of teamwork and practical skills, demonstrated by an international student team under the guidance of the student of PRUE M. Kameneva.

 

All participants received certificates and memorable gifts after the business week ended.
