​From January 9, 2023 to January 17, 2023, students of Higher School of Finance, Higher School of Economics and Business, Higher School of Law, Higher School of Management, preparatory departments PRUE participated in the winter online program “Chinese Bridge”, organized by the Chinese university partner - Xi'an International University, as part of a cooperation agreement.

The virtual winter school was attended by 347 students from 30 countries: Russia, Algeria, USA, Argentina, Spain, Great Britain, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Bosnia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Pakistan, Tajikistan, India, Thailand and other countries.

The PRUE team was represented by 24 students of Higher Schools, preparatory departments from Zambia, Vietnam, Tajikistan and Russia under the guidance of Mrs. Inga Anatolyevna Koryagina, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing, Head of the International Department of the Higher School of Finance.

During the week, our international team got acquainted with the ancient culture of China, its customs and traditions, the basics of the Chinese language, as well as the way of life of the Chinese people. Lectures and seminars on the Chinese language, culture and cultural studies were conducted by lecturers of our partner university in English.

The PRUE international team shared their impressions of the winter school: “Thanks to participation in this winter school, we touched the new culture of this ancient country. The winter school taught us how to build relationships and communicate with more than 56 nationalities and ethnic groups that create and shape the culture of modern China. These seven days have only increased our enthusiasm for learning Chinese and helped us to better understand the Chinese language and culture”.

All participants were awarded certificates of completion of the course at the international online graduation.
