Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing, Head of the International Department of the Higher School of Finance of the PRUE Inga Koryagina gave an online lecture "Russia and China: New opportunities in a new reality" for Chinese students from the partner university - Xi'an International University within the framework of the concluded cooperation agreement. 

Chinese students learned about the history of Russian-Chinese relations dating back more than 400 years; about the peculiarities of Russia and Russians and about China through the eyes of Russians. 

The speaker paid special attention to the comparison of the common character traits of the Chinese and Russian peoples: peacefulness, good nature, benevolence, friendliness and politeness, noting that "China is a country of politeness or a country of greetings".

The lecture was organized by Jianhua (Michael) HU, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Center, Deputy Dean of the College of International Cooperation of Xi'an International University, for students and teachers of the Business School and the Faculty of Russian of Xi'an International University. 

The audience noted the relevance of the topic and its importance at the current stage of development of Russian-Chinese relations.
