6th International Scientific Conference KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SOCIETY held by the Faculty of Management of the Cracow University of Economics took place on 4-6th June. 

The Conference gathered together universities' delegates from UK, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Russia etc. Senior specialist of PRUE department of informatics A.O. Varfalameeva made a presentation of scientific research IT Service Management Approach Application for IT Processes Improvement in Educational Organizations.
