Margarita Rudkovskaya, Associate Professor of Plekhanov University's Academic Department of Political Economy and History of Economic Science participated in the First International Colloquium "Cultural and Historical Heritage, Migration and Sustainable Development". The participants - the scientists from France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Tunisia - discussed the role and place of the culture among various emigrant communities in the Mediterranean region.

Margarita Rudkovskaya emphasized the significant difference in approach of heritage conservation in Tunisia and France.
