​Since the referendum of June 2016, ‘Brexit’ has become a household word all over the world. But what does it really mean for the future of Europe and the UK? And what is currently happening in these negotiations taking place behind closed doors? Does Russia stand to benefit from Brexit or not? Demetrius Floudas is an international lawyer and analyst, currently in Moscow as Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Finance, Plekhanov University. He previously served as Team Leader for the Russian Accession to the WTO.

 

He is Senior Member of Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge, and Fellow of the Hellenic Institute of International & Foreign Law.

 

His interviews & commentary have appeared in the BBC, Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, Washington Post, Voice of America, Vedomosti, RIA-Novosti, Russia Today, RBK TV and others.
