ERS competence continues to be increasingly important in the modern world of business. Higher
education institutions face demands to integrate the topic into their education offering for students,
future employers, and other stakeholders. In business education, we have the opportunity to
contribute to economically, ecologically, and socially sustainable development by implementing the
ERS perspectives across the institution’s operations – from the overall strategy to individual course
assignments. This workshop offers an overview of how business education can advance ERS,
including concrete examples and the possibility to share ideas and best practices.
The workshop is designed for higher education institution personnel interested in integrating ERS
into business education. The workshop is organized by the Consortium of International Double
Degrees (CIDD) and Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Helsinki.
