Plekhanov University of Economics offers a pre-University general-purpose educational program for foreign citizens and stateless persons, allowing them to master the Russian language and the subjects necessary for admission to Plekhanov University.

What you need in order to apply for Foundation Program:

1. Personal application for admission to study (application form is provided by the Department and filled in upon arrival of a foreign applicant);

2. Application form with biographical data (the application form is provided by the Department and filled in upon arrival of the foreign applicant);

3. Consent to the processing of personal data (consent form is provided by the Department and filled in upon arrival of a foreign applicant to the University);

4. Certificate of complete secondary education with a list of disciplines studied and grades (accepted original documents with a notarized translation into Russian. The text of the translation must be certified by the Russian notary office or Consulate of the Russian Federation in the country of issue of the document on education);

5. Certificate of recognition of the document of the foreign state on the level of education and (or) qualification issued by the Federal service for supervision of education and science of the Russian Federation - International agreements on mutual recognition of documents on education (if necessary );

6. Birth certificate copy with notarized translation into Russian;

7. Medical certificate of international standard or medical certificate u-086;

8. Health insurance (purchased after signing the contract);

9. HIV certificate;

10. 6 photos in size 3x4;

11. National passport, migration card, entry Visa.
