Dear student!

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics! There are some important things you must do in order to come to our country and start your studies:

Before arrival in Russia.

Within 3 days before your arrival to Russia, take a PCR test for COVID-19. It is mandatory to have the test results to cross the Russian border.

Upon arrival in Russia.

1. You must take a second PCR test within 72 hours after your arrival. Prior to this, you must remain in self-isolation at your place of residence.

You can reduce the self-isolation period by taking a second PCR test for COVID-19 at the airport of your arrival in Russia. The results of the express test will be ready in about two hours.

2. If you would like to live in our dorm, please provide us with the documents below:

a) Negative PCR test result taken within 3 days after your arrival;

b) Negative HBsAg (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen) test result taken not earlier than 3 months before arrival;

c) Vaccination certificates for the measles and the diphtheria;

d) Chest photofluorography results received not earlier than 10 months before arrival.

e) Vaccination certificate for COVID-19 (optional).
